BRICKYARD POOL OPENING
May 09, 2026
The 2026 pool season will run from
May 9th — September 13th
Opening 8 am closing 8:30 pm
 
The Brickyard HOA and Towne Management will put your safety and wellbeing first and foremost. When the pool opens, you will be using the pool at your own risk. Neither the Brickyard HOA, Towne Management, or the pool company, nor any other pool user is responsible if you become sick while using the pool.
 
To ensure you receive updates regarding the pool, please make sure you are registered with the Community HOA website at https://www.brickyardhoa.com. The HOA will be sending email blast to those that are registered for the website. Your updated 2026 Pool Rules will also be found on the website. If you would like a printed copy, please reach out and a copy can be mailed to you.
 
 
IMPORTANT POOL REMINDERS:
· If you feel sick or have a Fever, please STAY HOME.
· Your account MUST be current to use the pool.
· You may not share access links. Violators will lose pool privileges for the current pool season.
· Please remember that according to the Wake County Code, NO GLASS IS PERMITTED. (Broken glass at the pool could result in minimum charges of at least $5,000)
 
COMMUNITY REMINDERS:
· We want to keep the community clean so please be sure to pick up and dispose of trash before leaving the pool area.
· Please be sure to close umbrellas before leaving to protect the community assets.
· With the warmer weather there will be more children outside playing. Please drive slowly through the neighborhood and come to a complete stop at stop signs.
· No overnight parking at the pool. Vehicles may be towed at owner’s expense.
