Dear Homeowners,
We want to thank everyone who attended the annual meeting last night. There was a lot of valuable discussion, and the questions presented were excellent. We are happy to report that a quorum was achieved—40 were required, and 52 homeowners attended! It was wonderful to see such strong community involvement.
Please see below for ballot the Board of Directors election. There are three (3) open seats on the Board. You may select up to three candidates—if more than three are selected, the ballot will be considered invalid. Ballots will also be sent via USPS.
Completed and signed ballots may be returned in one of the following ways:
